He is survived by his widow, the former Maude Caulfeild; one son, H. C. Leak Jr. of Baton Rouge; one daughter, Mrs. Thomas L. Robertson of Evanston, Ind.; two sisters, Mrs. H. H. Jensen of Doloroso, Miss., and Miss Addie E. Leak of Baton Rouge, and four grandchildren.
He was a 32nd Degree and Knight Templar Mason. Past master of Asylum Lodge No. 63 and secretary of the lodge for the past 41 years. Past grand master of Masonic Grand Lodge in Mississippi.
