Daughter of Levi Bailey and Sarah E. D. (Messer) Sibley Bailey. Addie's obituary lists her birthplace as Enfield and her birth is recorded in the Enfield town records. Her marriage record erroneously lists her birthplace as Topsfield.

Siblings were Minnie, Eva, and Alvin "Roscoe" Bailey. (Eva died around age 7 due to burns; she stood too close to the family fireplace and her clothing caught fire. She is likely buried on old Bailey property at East Musquash Lake.)

Addie married Frederick Adelbert Cochran 20 Oct 1892.

Parents of Sarah Luella, Eva Frances, Andrew Jackson, Ira Alvin, Mary Angeline, Philip A and Paul Raymond.

She died in her home with family near. Attached are two pages of handwritten obituary notes, writer unknown. Codyville is referred to as Codyfield. Nina (Landry) Huntley, R.N. was her granddaughter who cared for Addie during her final days. When the undertaker was called to the home, his wife was unavailable to help him so he asked Nina to help embalm her grandmother, which she did.
