Another contributor some years ago made an entry under the "Kearney" surname.
I am making a new (this) entry under the more correct (I believe) Mealey married name in order to help those who may be searching for Mealey surnames in the Hillcrest Cemetery.
Mary was the wife of S.A. Mealey according to the inscription on the headstone.

Update: January 5, 2010 - The following SAC was sent to this contributor and is included for the information it provides. Thank you Rick for this update!:
"Hello Richard,
Your bio appears to be correct. Her full Maiden Name was Mary Ellen Kearney. She was born in Hartford, CT. S A Mealey is actually Samuel Alfred Mealey b. 02 Feb 1860 d. 29 Aug 1939 in Oroville California. I don't see him on findagrave but I will work on this.
That was good detective work you did there Richard!
Take Care,
Rick Weaver"
