Please note that this record shows the spelling of his first name as Jessie, however other records have it spelled Jesse. The record also shows the spelling of his mother's maiden name as Houston, however the correct spelling is Huston.

Jesse is my great-grandfather. Jesse married Lucy C Myers (1866-1892) on 16 Oct 1884 and they had 4 children:

Lutisha Mary Allison 1885 – 1967
Everett Chancy Allison 1887 – 1948
Nora Elizabeth Allison 1889 – 1961
Michael Alexander Allison 1892 – 1949

Lucy died in 1892, and Jesse then married Marinda Caroline Goodwin (1864-1917), who was my great grandmother, and they had eight children:

Charity Marie Allison 1895 –
Christopher C Allison 1897 –
Charles A Allison 1898 – 1900
Susanna Allison 1899 – 1982
Florence Allison 1902 – 1924
Joseph Leroy 'Roy' Allison - 1904 - 1965
Irene Allison 1906 – 1978
Robert Eugene Allison 1908 – 1964

After Marinda died in 1917, Jesse married Emma Rodgers (10 Apr 1864 - 24 Jun 1921) but they had no children.

Apparently after Emma died, Jesse married a woman named Ina Chilton, for which I have no further information at this time.
