Surviving are her mother, Stephanie Hall of Fort Wayne; her father, Manley Farm of Syracuse; brothers Christopher Farm of Portland, Ore., and Kevin Farm of Seattle; stepsisters Shelley Bass of Fort Wayne, Anna Sanders of Connecticut and Leslie Hall of Norwich, Conn.; stepbrothers John Hall of Ozona, Fla., and Andrew Hall of Framingham, Mass.; grandparents Samuel Radovich of Pueblo, Colo., and Manley Farm Sr. of Kettering, Ohio; and her beloved dog, Augie. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at D.O. McComb & Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road, with calling a half-hour before services. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, Dayton, Ohio. Memorials are to the Primary Pulmonary Hypertension Organization.
