Some online family trees indicate he is the child of R.W. & Martha Chappell (Harrisville Cemetery) but this would make his parents ages 13 & 11 at the time of his birth so I'm skeptical of this info. For this reason, I have not linked these memorials. (R.W. & Martha did have a son named Robert W. but the 1880 Census indicates his birth as abt 1864)
