Lewis "Lefty," Aston, 65, of Grant Avenue, Moundsville, WV, died Thursday, June 2, 2005 in Reynolds Memorial Hospital, Glen Dale, WV.

He was born January 21, 1940 in Moundsville, the son of the late William and Goldie Kerns Aston.

He was a Vietnam Army Veteran and a retired employee with WV State Road.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, James Aston.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Wise Aston; two sons, Jeffrey Aston of Ealy, NV and Steven (Mary) Aston of Moundsville; a daughter, Lori (Brian) Allen of Weirton, WV; five brothers, John, Dave, Earl, Carl and Elmer Aston; four grandchildren, Dalton, Logan, Miranda and Hannah.

Family received friends on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Grisell Funeral Home and Crematory, 400 Jefferson Avenue, Moundsville where funeral services were held Saturday at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Ronald Wilfong officiating.
