Thomas E. McAndrew, 69, Kahoka, Mo., died December 19, 2003, at his home. He was born September 23, 1934, Keokuk Ia., the son of John L. and Rosa G. Long McAndrew. He married Frances T. Hayden on September 27, 1958, at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Keokuk, Ia. Mr. McAndrew was a First Lieutenant at the Iowa National Guard. He was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Kahoka. Survivors include his wife, two sons, Thomas E. McAndrew and wife Nancy, Ottumwa, Ia., and Steve McAndrew, Kirksville, Mo.; three daughters, Chris Curtis, Paris, Mo., Cathy Randolph and her husband Gary, Canton; and Heidi Schutte and husband Robert, Kahoka, Mo.; four grandchildren, Taylor and Grant Curtis, Paris, Mo., Megan and Aury Randolph, Canton, Mo.
