On Jan 28, 1915, he was married to Emma Good, who died in 1925.
On Sept 12, 1926, he married Rosie Good, who survives.
Also surviving are 7 children (Florence Mrs Gladys Zehr, Lois, Arthur, Ivan, Lester, Glenn, and Joe), 24 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, one sister (Mrs Lizzie Nafziger), and one brother (Simon).
He was a member of the Hopedale Church, where funeral services were held in charge of Ivan Kauffmann; interment in the Hopedale Cemetery.
