RIVERTON, KANSAS: Ginger Hollis-Reeves born August 16, 1937, stepped into heaven's door January 13, 2012. She was born in Benton Harbor, MI. Ginger lived in Joplin, MO and Covina CA before retiring to Riverton, KS in 1984 with her husband, Jack Hollis Sr, who preceded her in death.

Ginger is survived by her husband William Reeves of Columbus KS whom she married April 19, 2007, and her children Richard Hollis of KS, Dallas Hollis of Benbrook, TX, Tracy Hayes of Illinois, Robert Hayes of Galena, KS, Jack Hollis Jr, of Baxter Springs, KS, Linda Hollis of Riverton, KS and Kaile Laubhen, of Follet, TX. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sister Judy Kay of Galena, KS, brother David Marks of Joplin, MO, and 2 step children, James Reeves, Columbus KS and Bill Reeves (wife, Heidi) Overland Park, KS.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Darrell Frances Marks and Larry Robert Marks.

Ginger worked in California with geriatrics and special needs children. She enjoyed spending time with family, attending church and gospel music where she loved to play the tambourine, and sitting outside on her porch swing watching the birds and listening to her chimes.

Memorial services will be held at 10:00 am, Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at the House of Prayer, Riverton, KS with Pastor Audie Tash Officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the House of Prayer
