Shelby Jean Frohman, 67, of Hodgenville, died Tuesday, August 30, 2011, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Childress.
She is survived by her husband, Leroy Frohman; a son, William (Anna) Todd Frohman; a sister Robin (Jim) Kelley; a niece, Laura Kelley; a nephew, Jason Kelley; three grandchildren, Bruce Frohman, William Christopher Frohman, Matthew Alexander Sheets; a great grandchild, Westley Frohman; and a daughter-in-law and her son, Cecilie Miller and Chad Miller.
She received last rites from Father Mike Tobin.
Cremation was chosen.
