In the name of God Amen. I, Samuel B. Gilmore of the Township of Fairfield in the County of Westmoreland State of Pennsylvania, being sick and weak in body - but of sound mind memory and understanding (praised be God for the same) do therefore make and declare this my last Will and testament in the manner following (that is to say) First and principally I commend my soul into the hands of Almighty God my Creator and as to such worldly goods as it hath pleased God to intrust me with both real and personal I will and bequeath as follows. To my son Nathan L. who now resides with me, the farm upon which I now reside containing one hundred and nineteen acres (119) more or less, adjoining lands Mary Gilmore. P.Q. Gamble and others East. Ross Mountain Park Asso. South. H. Howells heirs West. Absolutely together with all the farming utensils and all live stock that may be on the farm at my decease upon this condition that my daughter Martha (who now lives with me) shall have a home with my son Nathan L. so long as she remains in widowhood and acts in a becoming manner She when able to assist in the domestic duties pertaining to the household affairs. To my son Thomas L. who resides in Michigan one hundred dollars (100) To my son William who resides in Michigan one hundred Doll. (100) To my daughter Martha who now resides with me four hundred dolls (400) and one milk cow to be selected by herself out of the herd on the farm at my decease. To my daughter Elizabeth now Mrs. Shirey one hundred dollars (100) My Grandson Samuel son of my son Thomas my Silver Watch. My Grandson Samuel G. Mangus son of my daughter Susan decd. fifteen dollars (15). My household and kitchen furniture of all kinds to be equally divided between my son Nathan and my daughter Martha share and share alike and if they can't agree upon a divide they are to select two neighbors to do it which shall be conclusive. Should there not be personal property enough to pay the above bequests my son Nathan is to pay them and if there is any money after paying all bequests as above it shall belong to my son Nathan absolutely. And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my son Nathan L. Gilmore of Fairfield Township Co. aforesaid Executor of this my last will and declare this my last will and testament making void all former wills. In witness whereof I the said testator Samuel Gilmore have to this my last will and testament set y hand and seal this 23d day of March A.D. 1891.

Henderson and J.H. Geary being duly sworn according to law depose and say that they will well and truly and without prejudice or partiality value and appraise the Goods and Chattels rights credits and debts of the said Samuel B. Gilmore deceased and in all respects perform their duty as appraisers to the best of their skill and Judgment. Sworn and subscribed the 21st day of Aug 1895 before me W.B. Haskinson J.P.
