Gurney R. Chubb, 76, of Spring Glen, died Wednesday of last week at Pottsville Hospital.
He was a former resident of Millersburg and for many years was employed by Brubaker Tool Corp.
Survivors include two sons, Marlin A. Chubb, of Millersburg and Roy A. Chubb, of Portland Oregon; two daughters, Mrs. Clinton Swinehart, of Bedford, and Mrs. Ralph Crosson, of Pa Punta, California; fourteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Services were held Saturday from the Riegle Funeral Home, Millersburg. The Rev. Richard Solberg, pastor of David's United Church of Christ, officiated. Interment was made in Oak Hill Cemetery.
