Fred Milleson, 85, of Bolckow, Mo, formerly of Braddyville, died early Saturday morning at a St Joseph, Mo, hospital.
He was born March 24, 1895, at Amazonia, Mo, the son of the late Lee Milleson and Alice Rozella Hudson Milleson of Clarinda.
He was a section foreman for the CB&Q Railroad while living in Braddyville. He was a veteran of WWI and was a member of the Amazonia Christian Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife Bertha Mae Milleson, and a son Alfred Lee Milleson.
He is survived by two daughters, Rozella White of St Joseph and Agnes Smith of Bolckow, Mo, a son Fred Milleson of Independence, Mo, one sister Allene Milleson of Onawa, Ia, eight grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Services were held this past Monday at the Jackson Memorial Chapel in Savannah, Mo, with burial in the Clarinda cemetery.
