Jane Moore Tolsma, a retired teacher, died unexpectedly Sept. 14 in Baylor Medical Center, Dallas. She was 77.
Born Jane Moore in Buffalo, she grew up in Kenmore and also lived in the Town of Tonawanda.
She graduated from Buffalo State teachers College and taught elementary school in Kenmore and Grand Island.
Her husband, Robert George Tolsma, died in 1995.
Survivors include a daughter, []; a son, [], a brother, []; and two grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Oct. 15 in Forest Lawn.
