Services for L.D. Hunsucker, 74-year-old father of C.E. Hunsucker of Port Neches, will be held Monday at 4 p.m. from the Roberts chapel, with burial in Magnolia cemetery. The retired dairyman and rice farmer died in a local hospital Saturday at 8 a.m. He was a native of North Carolina. Other survivors include the widow; two other sons, H.R. Hunsucker of Beaumont, and L.S. Hunsucker of Baytown; three daughters, Mrs. Eva Fort, Mrs. Anna Lee Wood, and Mrs. Zelda Southerland, all of Beaumont; three brothers, L.C. and L.L. Hunsucker, both of Newton, N.C. and J.E. Hunsucker of Beaumont; two sisters, Misses Lela and Mattie Hunsucker, both of Newton, N.C., and nine grandchildren. The Revs. E.C. Williams and J.N. Sibley will officiate.
