Lulu was the daughter of Cyril William Howard and Catherine Alice Blanchard Parker Howard and the sister of Percy Blanchard, Helen Smythe Howard Mac Kenzie, Arthur D. Howard, and Elaine Marion Howard. She was the half-sister to George LeRoy Parker. Henry Cassidy and Lulu May married 20 Nov 1905 at Au Sable Point. They had five children: Laverne, Shyril L, Marguerite E(Peggy) and two baby boys. She had five grandsons: Dick, Henry "Pete", Clarence "Duke",and Patrick Cassidy and William Gravlin.
