Homestead photos - Charles Binnie's 2nd homestead which is about 10 miles north on the #11 Hwy from Regina. The aerial is around the 1920's, no fences, no hedges etc. The black & white would be around the late 30's early 40's and the other one more than likely around the early 50's. The second owner after my Aunt and Uncle sold the homestead about 1967, completely destroyed/demolished a lot of things on the property, ended up filing bankruptcy and lost the farm. It sat vacant for many years when a young couple took it over but all the veranda's had to be removed because they were pulling the walls down off the house. It is a shame, once a grand house.
