Son of Thomas A and Mildred Considine, West Point class of 1913. 1st Lieuteant in 6th Cavalry with AEF and General Pershing in chasing Pancho Villa in northern Mexico in 1916, 3 star general in Guatamalian Army in the 1930's, Commanding Officer, Fort Ringgold, Texas,1938, Commanding Officer, 6th Cavalry, Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia in 1940 - 41. Field tested the first jeeps procured by the US Army.
