Born June 16, 1917 in Lampasas, June was the daughter of AB Montgomery and Lesna Williams Montgomery. Her favorite job was working at the Johnson Sewing Factory in Burnet. She was known for her generous and loving nature. Sewing for kids, grandkids and her friends was her love of life. June was a member of Marble Falls Church of Christ and Bertram Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Otis Wooten and son Terry Wooten.
∼June Oleta Wooten passed away Jan. 9 in Granite Mesa Nursing Home at the age of 94. She was surrounded by her loving family.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Noel Don and Patsy Wooten of Bertram; daughter and son-in-law, Pat and Lawrence Burton of Marble Falls; sister Billie Twombly of Laguna Hills, Calif., grandchildren Barry Burton of Marble Falls, Lesli Cathey of Dripping Springs, Libbi Reeder of Marble Falls, Tony Wooten of Burnet and Michael Wooten of Granite Shoals; and great grandchildren Blyss and Blair Burton, Sterling and Keaton Hahn, Brynn and Canyon Reeder, Mackinsey, Kirby and Kelsey Cathey, Fahren and Devon Jackson and Sam Wooten.
She was so special to all of her grandkids and great grandkids. She will be sorely missed by all her family and her wonderful friends.
Visitation was Jan. 11 at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home. The funeral service was Jan. 12 at the funeral home.
