Daniel was buried in 1830 in the Quaker cemetery at Center, Guilford County. (Center Friends Meeting House Cemetery), now in Randolph County just over the line from Guilford.

Volunteer Rachel McCulloch reported 'I search entire cemetery & could not find his grave stone marker' on 5-24-2013.
