W.E. was born April 6, 1859, In Ohio, the son of unknown parents. He was married to Louise "Lou" Dunn, who preceeded him in death on March 11, 1942. W.E. was a retired farmer.

Arrangements were under the direction of Glen Y. Maupin and burial was in New Bloomfield.
