Nina Mae Meehan was born September 3,1908 to James Henry Meehan and Ruth Luella Sparling Meehan at Ashton, Spink County, South Dakota. She married Lee Monroe Patrick on February 23, 1926 in Huron, Beadle County, South Dakota. They owned and operated Lee's Drive Inn for many years. Nina was survived by three daughters and their husbands, nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Mary Keller of Redfield, South Dakota and Doreen Anderson of Huron; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; brother, James Edward Meehan of California; and sister, Esther Groft of Redfield, South Dakota.
