Shirley L. Springer, 75, of Washington, Ill., passed away on Saturday, Jan. 7, 2012, at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria, Ill.
She was born June 12, 1936, in Bloomington, Ill., to Virgil and Eva Builda Bradle. She married Howard D. Springer on May 27, 1957, in Eureka, Ill. He survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Ronald Springer of Peoria and Brian (Michelle) Springer of Metamora, and two grandchildren, Ashley and Nicholas Springer.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her twin brother, Stanley Bradle.
A homemaker, Shirley did seasonal work for 25 years at Libby's.
Shirley was a member of the Calvary Evangelical Mennonite Church in Washington.
