Mrs. Bertha Allen
GARDINER- Mrs. Bertha C. Allen, 85, widow of Arthur L. Allen, died Monday at a local convalescent home. She was born in Gardiner, Feb. 15, 1865, the daughter of Charles H. and Bridget Weston Partridge. She was a member of Christ Church, Gardiner. Surviving are a daughter, Miss Louise L. Allen. Services will be held at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon from Christ Church. Friends are requested to please omit flowers. Friends may call at the Amesbury-White Funeral Home, 39 Washington Avenue, Tuesday afternoon and evening.
