"HAYMAN -- Mrs. Mary Hayman, 85 years old, 8 East Dartmouth road, died last night at the home. She was a native of Sweden and had lived here sixty-five years. She was a member of the First Lutheran church here. She leaves two daughters, Mrs. Stella Talbot of 3832 E. 59th street, and Mrs. Agnes Kissick of Johnson County, Kansas; two sons, Harry C. Hayman of the home and Louis A. Hayman of Rosemead, Calif.; three sisters in Sweden; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 o'clock Monday at the Newcomer chapel, Brush Creek boulevard and the Paseo." The Kansas City Star, December 14, 1946
