Gladys Culp, 100, of Pennknoll Village, formerly of Schellsburg, died Monday, December 23, 2002, at the home.
She was born June 3, 1902, in New Paris, a daughter of the late Hall and Elizabeth (McIlwaine) Davis.
She was married to S. Fred Culp who preceded her in death.
She is survived by one daughter, Jane, wife of Richard Vandermade of Pittsburgh. She was preceded in death by one brother, Carl Davis.
Mrs. Culp was a member of the Schellsburg United Church of Christ. She was a graduate of Susquehanna College with a degree in music and taught piano and organ from her home for many years.
Funeral services: Friday, December 27, at 11 a.m. from the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home, Bedford, with the Rev. Dr. Merle Correll officiating. Burial in Schellsburg Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 6 to 9 p.m.
