The Zanesville Times Recorder, 10 Sep 1969:
Funeral service for Francis Robert Miller, 39, of Caldwell Route 4, who died at 8:40 p.m. Sunday (Sept. 7) at Good Samaritan hospital as a result of injuries received when a farm tractor he was driving overturned on him, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary's Catholic church in Fulda with Rev. J. J. Donaldson officiating.
Mr. Miller was born Feb. 10 1930 in Noble County, a son of Adam J. and Emma Arnold Miller . He was an employee of Ohio Auger Mining company the past two years. Mr. Miller was a member of St. Mary's Catholic church at Fulda, near Caldwell, and a veteran of the Korean war.
Surviving are his widow, Shelby; his father of Columbus; five sons, Joseph, Francis R., Jr. , Richard, David and Randall, all of the home; a daughter, Jean of Hebron; three brothers, Henry of Hialeah, Fla., Arnold and Eddie, both of Columbus; three sisters, Mrs. Delores Ruckdeschel of New York City, Mrs. Eleanor Conklin of Anderson, Calif., and Mrs. Willie Mae Harvath of Ashland.
The body was taken to the Estadt Funeral Home in Caldwell where friends may call and where the Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. today. Burial will be in St. Marys Cemetery.
