Services for Annette "Brownie" Robinson of Cairo are at 3 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 7, 2012, at Bethelehem AME Church in Cairo. The Rev. Willie F. Griffin officiating, presiding the Rev. Randall Hines, Rev. Chekibe Holman and interment is in Crestview Cemetery in Cairo. Pallbearers are her nephews. Flowers girls are her nieces.

Mrs. Robinson died Jan. 3 at her residence. Born Aug. 28, 1938, in Boston, Ga., she is the daughter of Mal and Mamie Murray Robinson. She attended the Grady County Public School System, member of Little Bethel AME Church and worked at W.B. Roddenberry Company.

Survivors include her daughter, Jennifer Baker; sons, Tawanna Willis, Vernon Robinson; sisters, Earnestine Washington, Annie Mae Corker, Rosetta Richardson; brothers, Houston Robinson, Willie B. Robinson, Ray Robinson; grandchildren, Arthur Donalson III, Miranda Robinson, Shekoiya Jackson, Arthur Robinson Jr., Justin Robinson, Faith Robinson, Angel Robinson, Ellasia Robinson, Jayden Willis, Jordan Willis all of Detroit; stepgrandchildren, Cynthia (Joe) Nelson, Kynthia Brinson, Willie Willis Jr., Quentarious Brinson; and numerous love relatives.

In addition to her parents, her son, Arthur Muran Robinson Sr.; and brothers, James Robinson Sr., Oscar Robinson, Walter Robinson and Eddie Robinson preceded her in death.
