Was the biological father of my Great-Great Grandmother Sarah. In 1874 married Amanda Pemberton in Cass County, Michigan. William and Amanda divorced in 1884/85 for unknown reasons. He re-married Marcella "Cripe" Weaver in 1887. They had the following known children: Georgia, Ralph, Elgie and Edna. Marcella and most of her children stayed and/or died in Washington State. William returned to Michigan after Marcella's death and died at the Cass County Infirmary in Cassopolis, Michigan. His death certificate says that the body was removed to Ann Arbor, Michigan, but there is no record of burial in Washtenaw County. This leads me to believe that since he was a poor person who died in a county hospital, no one came to claim and/or bury him...so they released his body to the University of Michigan for educational purposes. At that time, U of M was cremating their cadavers and performing a yearly mass burial at Fairview Cemetery in the Barton Hills area of Ann Arbor. Until I find further information, I will be placing his memorial in Fairview Cemetery.

**I am still searching for his parents names and a birth record for him. I have yet to find anything for him in St Joe County, Michigan...let alone Constantine. Please let me know if you have any further information about him**

For additional info about his 1st marriage to Amanda Pemberton, please see her bio.
