Mrs. Trudie Waters
McGregor - Mrs. Trudie Waters, 74, of McGregor died Saturday at a Waco hospital. Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Cole Funeral Home Chapel in McGregor with the minister David Mercer officiating. Burial will be at McGregor Cemetery. Mrs. Waters was born Dec. 24, 1912, in Oglesby. She graduated from Oglesby High School. She was married to Jack Waters in 1932; he died in 1974. She was a member of the Sixth Street Church of Christ in McGregor. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Harlan (Joyce) Gruber of Kewaskum, Wis.; to sons Billy Jack Waters and Benny Wayne Waters , both of McGregor; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Ola Schrader of Waco and Mrs. Irene David of Pleasanton; and seven grandchildren. The family has designated the McGregor Volunteer Ambulance Association for memorials. (casey craig #47325304)
