Lloyd Sherman Terry was born Aug. 7, 1930, in Meadow Grove, Neb.
He was one of 15 children born to Frank and Anna Terry and has a twin brother, Leonard, of Anchorage, Alaska. He was a 32nd degree Moslah Shriner of Julian Feild Lodge 908 and a member of American Legion Post 0569. He was a sergeant in the Army and served in the Korean War. He had lived in Fort Worth since 1957 and was a Methodist.
Mr. Terry was preceded in death by his daughter, Elizabeth Brittain, of Goddard, Kan., in September 1996.
Survivors: Wife, Frances Terry of Fort Worth; sons, Gary Headspeth and his wife, Christy, of Arlington and Chris Terry of Fort Worth; daughters, Deanna Terry Shelton and her husband, Larry, of Granbury, Linda Tidwell and her husband, Roger, of Burleson, Mary Hernandez and her husband, Michael, of Crowley and Rebecca Thompson of Carthage; brothers, Fred Terry of Grand Island, Neb., Wendell Terry of York, Neb. and Tim Terry of Columbus, Neb.; sisters, Bernice Hunter of Omaha, Neb., Theola Huntonof Denver, Colo., Margaret Blythe of Lincoln, Neb., Mary Jane Brown of Broomfield, Colo., Hertha Herweg of Fort Worth and Clarabelle Volk of Meadow Grove, Neb., 14 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews and in-laws.
