Earl E. "Sam" Cade 01/20/1932 ~ 12/21/2011 POWAY -- Earl was born in Lebanon, Oregon. He served four years in the U.S. Navy. He retired from Pacific Telephone in San Diego in 1987 after 32 years. He was preceded in death by Winifred, his wife of 54 years. He is survived by his son, Greg and his wife Anne; granddaughter, Emily; and sister, Gladys. A private interment will be at Dearborn Memorial Park, Poway. Published in North County Times on January 3, 2012.
