Mr. Wells, a bachelor, is survived by three sisters Mrs. Maude Annie Wells Mitchell of the Mt. Cross Community, Mrs. Madie Blanch Wells Clark of Chatham, VA and Mrs. Florence Morton Wells Mitchell of Swansonville and one brother Howard Stern Wells of Swansonville.
Funeral services were conducted at Swansonville Methodist Church. Burial was in the Wells Family Cemetery in Swansonville.
