The son of Johann Jacob Eyler and Susanna Fohl. He was one of the original settlers of Eyer's Valley. Married Anna Barbara Yeager, after her death married Solme Himes.

Frederick Eyler (WR 14 463) purchased property in Frederick County from Richard Butler Esquire, Sheriff of Frederick County, on Aug 29, 1796. Seized by the sheriff and sold in a public sale. Frederick Eyler was the highest bidder. 34 pounds 6 shillings. "Woolfes Harbour" Previously owned by Thomas Faris. 20 Acres.
