W. Roberts, a Fulton printer, traded his house and one-third acre of land in he Frank addition, on the northeast edge of town to Jake Yake, Tuesday, for on the deal at $1,925 and the Yake property at $1,400.

Profession to both places will be given next Saturday when Mr. Roberts will move to town and Mr. Yake will move to the suburban home. The deal was negotiated by Hamilton and Crenshaw.

Dr. R.G. Hall, of Fulton, pronounced death caused by Arteriosclerosis contributed to by Nephritis and Hypotension. The informant was H.F. Yake of Fulton.

Mr. Yake was born August 3, 1857, in Pennsylvania, the son of Gottleb and Catherine (Nunnaker) Yake. He was first united in marriage to Matilda Miller, born in Germany, and she preceded him in death on He was married the 2nd time to Louella Craigo and she survives. Mr. Yake was a carpenter.

Arrangements were under the care of Herndon-Taylor Furniture Company of Fulton. Burial was in Hillcrest Cemetery.
