Clifton Clark was born June 25, 1922, in San Antonio. He was an Army Air Forces veteran of World War II and served as a B-24 pilot flying 51 mission in the European Theater. He received the Air Medal with seven oak leaf clusters and the Distinguished Flying Cross. He was a past president of the Fort Worth Civitan Club and was a member of the Unitarian Church of Fort Worth.
As an architect, he designed many churches and public schools in Fort Worth.
He was preceded in death by his son, Dana Embers Clark.
Survivors: Wife of 55 years, Geraldine Clark of Fort Worth; daughters, Delana and her husband, Edward Zacha, of Fort Worth and Marsanna and her husband, David Beseda, of Austin; and grandchildren, Heather Clark, Brandon Beseda and Bradie Beseda.
