She was born in Klingerstown, PA the daughter of the late Charles and Edna Knorr Ramberger. She was retired from Seal Glove factory in Millersburg and Susquehanna Printing in Millersburg.
She was a member of Salem Lutheran Church in Killinger and she enjoyed crocheting, cooking, canning food and helping people. Susie was a very caring, particular and neat person who had a great strength to manage on her own.
She was the widow of Marlin Myers who died in 1968 at the age of 47.
Surviving are a daughter Jane Smith and her husband Tom of Camp Hill, a son Dennis and his wife Sue of Millersburg, grandchildren Brian Smith and his wife Michelle, Chet Smith and his wife Angie, David Myers and Mike Myers and his wife Becky; great grandchildren Bret, Derek, Jacob, Anna, Wyatt, Mason and Emily, three sisters Betty Snyder of Millersburg, Anna "Irene" Lang of FL, Ruth Schreffler of Lykens, a brother Lewis Ramberger of Halifax. She was preceded in death by siblings Harold, Ede, Guy, Forest, Willard, Ammon, Hilda and Al.
There will be a viewing on Thursday, December 29 from 6-8 pm at Hoover-Boyer Funeral Home in Millersburg. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, December 30 at 11:00 am at the funeral home with Pastor John Troutman officiating. Burial will follow at Salem Lutheran Cemetery in Killinger.
