Beverly Jean Hessler, 83, of Belding passed away Wednesday morning, August 22, 2012 at Metron of Belding Nursing Home. Beverly was born on November 16, 1928 near Miriam, Michigan, the daughter of Leo and Gertrude (Engemann) Shindorf. Beverly was a longtime member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Belding, a member of the Ladies Auxiliary/VFW in Sheridan, past member of UAW when she worked as a inspector at General Motors. She married Jack Hessler on July 1, 1961 at Bostwick Lake and he preceded her on January 22, 2010 along with her parents, 7 brothers and 5 sisters. Beverly is loved and survived by her children and their spouses; Gary (Nancy) Harris of Crowley, TX and Peggy (Ronald) Pellerito of Grand Rapids, her grandchildren; Ronnie Pellerito, Nicholas (Staci) Pellerito and Tim (Angie) Harris, great grandchildren; Dylin, Austin, Adyson and Christopher, and two sister-in-laws Hilda Shindorf and Florence Shindorf. Graveside funeral services will be 12:30 PM, Saturday, August 25, 2012 at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Belding with Father Michael Cilibraise presiding. Visitation will be 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 PM Friday evening with a Rosary prayed at 7:30 PM at Johnson- Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding. Memorial contributions may be given to a Charity of One's Choice.
