Richard Austin Marsh died suddenly at his Shelbyville residence Wednesday. He was 81.
The funeral was Friday afternoon at the Higgins Funeral Home with the Rev. Haskel Bain and the Rev. Ray Winsett officiating. Burial was in the Lincoln Cemetery.
Mr. Marsh was a native of the Delina community. He was a member and elder of the Lincoln Assoicate Reformed Presbyterian Church.
He was the son of the late Michael G. and Lelia Beasley Marsh.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Blanche Mathis Marsh; a son, Timothy Richard Marsh, both of Shelbyville; one brother, Grady U. Marsh of Fayetteville; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
