Born in Vermilion County, Ill., Dec. 14, 1875, she was the daughter of Edward and Elva Smith.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Harold McArty of Rockville; two sons, Lowell E. of Indianapolis and Ralph of Carmel; two grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Butler Funeral Home. Burial will be in Memory Garden Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Wednesday.
