Edna Klaves, 71, of Box 322 Orchard Rd., Cleveland, died Monday, April 17, 1989, at St. Nicholas Hospital after an extended illness.
She was born Dec. 6, 1917, in the town of Mosel, a daughter of the late Emil and Anna Lutze Wagner.
On Feb. 20, 1935, Edna Wagner and Roland Klaves were married at the Wagner home, together they farmed on the homestead in the town of Mosel.
Local survivors include a brother, Norbert Wagner, New Holstein.
Funeral services will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church, Howards Grove, the Rev. Darrel Bergelin, pastor, will officiate. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
