Ralph was a retired deputy building commissioner with the Division of Fire Prevention and Building Safety for the State of Indiana. He was a lifetime member of the Mishawaka VFW and Indiana Assn. of Electrical Inspectors. He served as an Aerial Engineer/Sergeant during W.W. II in the 1408th Army Air Forces European Division Air Transport Command.
