Funeral Services for Finis W. Hall, who was killed almost instantly Friday when a collision occurred between the car he was driving and an automobile driven by G.V. Johnson, of Maplewood, N.J. will be held this afternoon at 3 o'clock at the North Rome Methodist Church. Rev. A.B. Elzer, pastor of the church will conduct the services, assisted by Rev. O.E. Rutland. Mrs. A.R. Griffith will have charge of the music. Internment will be in Oakland Cemetery.
The following friends will act as pallbearers: G.W. Dobbs, Ollie Lumpkin, G.M. Braden, Lon McCurry, Ralph Champion and A.T. Cox.
Mr. Hall is survived by four children, Donald, Dean, Katherine and Amelia Hall: two brothers and three sisters, W.D. Hall of Knoxville, John Hall of Texas, Mrs. Effie Johnson and Mrs. Charles Dodd of Sugar Valley.
Emmett Cole, mortician has charge of arrangements.
There is no headstone. The four children were cared for by his sister Cora, and I don't think there was any extra money for a headstone.
