Major League Baseball Manager. He managed the Louisville Colonels of the American Association League (1885-86), then the Boston Beaneaters of the National League in 1889. In 1895, he was part owner and manager of the Chicago Colts team when the entire Colts team was arrested for creating a disturbance and Hart bailed every player out. He concluded his a career with a record of 383 games, 202 wins, 174 loss and a .537 win average.
