Jimmy was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy having served his country during the Vietnam War and was a small engine mechanic.
He is survived by his life-mate, Mary Skaggs; brother, Billy Skaggs (Beth) of Bradford; sisters, Betty Galloway of Prim and Ruby Wood of Antioch; special nephews, Bobby Valdez of Bradford and Curtis Don Jones of Bald Knob.
