Carmen Kizer Alexander 98, of Tow, Texas passed away peacefully Friday December 30, 2011.

She was born September 20, 1913 to William Kizer and Margaret Artelia (Crabb) Kizer near Hollis, Oklahoma.

Carmen was married to William Andrew Alexander in the 1930's in Hollis, Oklahoma, they then moved to Tow, Texas in 1935, where Carmen was loved by the community. Mrs. Alexander was also a member of the Tow Church of Christ.

She is preceded in death by her husband William Alexander, parents, William and Margaret Kizer, one son, Larry Alexander and one grandson, Kenneth Dale Alexander.

Loved ones include, Max Alexander of Tow, Texas, Jerry and wife Roxie Alexander of Tow, Texas, Monty (Dick) Alexander of Castell, Texas; nine grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Monday January 2, 2012 at Waldrope Hatfield Hawthorne Funeral Home Chapel at 3:00 P.M., burial will follow at the Tow Cemetery.
