Charles J. "Charlie" Kaiser, 69, 1819 11th St., Two Rivers, departed his worldly home on Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2011, at Aurora BayCare Medical Center, Green Bay, surrounded by his family.

Charles was born Jan. 14, 1942, in Kewaunee, a son of the late Joseph and Helen (Pries) Kaiser. Charlie attended grade school in the Tisch Mills school district and graduated from Mishicot High School as part of the class of 1959. He joined the U.S. Army and served in Germany with the combat engineers from 1962 to 1965. Charlie received an honorable discharge from the U.S. Army and transferred to the the U.S. Navy, where he served his country as a member of the SeaBees. Charlie married Doris Mae Wilson on April 19, 1973 and worked in construction and truck driving until his retirement in 2004. He was a teamster member for almost 40 years and worked 31 years for F. Radandt Sons. Charlie loved watching football and baseball; especially his Milwaukee Brewers. He also enjoyed time fishing and especially deer hunting in the north woods with his sons.

Charlie is survived by his wife, Doris Mae (Wilson) Kaiser; three sons and a daughter-in-law, Steven (Lisa) Kaiser, Green Bay; Shawn Kaiser, Two Rivers, and his special friend, Kristi; and Joseph Kaiser, also of Two Rivers and his special friend, Kari. He is also survived by one granddaughter, Hailey, Two Rivers; two stepchildren, Marilyn (Virgil) Schleis, Tisch Mills; Mark (Ann) Lambert, Casco; five step-grandchildren, Joshua and Tara Lambert, Casco; Rebecca Schleis, Chicago; Matthiew Schleis, Milwaukee; and Mikaela Schleis, San Francisco. Further survivors include a brother, Gerald Kaiser, Singapore, Singapore; three sisters and one brother-in-law, Marion Domnitz, Two Rivers; Diane (James) Dorner, Luxemburg; Doris Dotson, Green Bay; brothers-in-law, Norman, Richard, Joseph, John, Gerald and Ronald Wilson; sisters-in-law, Roberta Tice, Joan Taylor and Corrine Pekarek; as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one sister, LaVerne (Kaiser) Konop; two brothers-in-law, Shelly Domnitz and Donlyn Konop; an infant brother, Joseph; and one sister-in-law, Shirley Doubek.

Per his request, there will be no services. Burial of his cremated remains will be at St. Mary's Cemetery, Tisch Mills,
