Brothers, Mac Lewis, Moe Lewis, Joe Lewis and David Lewis, Sisters, Lorraine Osteen and Maryann Recker, 3 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren. Family will receive friends Friday, January 12, 2007 from 2:00-3:00 P.M. at Banks/Page-Theus Funeral Chapel. Service will follow at Pine Level Cemetery, Oxford, Florida at 3:30 with Rev.
