Cora Mabel Booker, 103, of Bradford, died Thursday, February 1, 2007. She was born January 22, 1904 a daughter of the late Henry and Martha Elizabeth Wallace Cornwell.
She was a Baptist, a homemaker and enjoyed gardening.
Survivors: Daughters, Martha (Charles) Bridgman, Bradford and Charlsie Weaver, Possum Grape. Grandchildren, Cheri (Ruben) Rodriquez, Sandy (Jerry) Espy, Larry Ditto and Daniel Ditto. Great-grandchildren, Jerry (Nicole) Espy, Samantha Espy, Ashlee Ditto, Amber Ditto, Zachary Ditto and Olivia Rodriquez. Great-great-grandson, Dillon Espy.
Preceded in death by her husband; Charles Washington Booker, brothers; Lonnie, Bill and Jim Cornwell and a grandson; Doyle Patrick.
Visitation: Sunday, 2:30 - 4 p.m. Services: 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 5, 2007 at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel with burial in White Lake Cemetery near Tupelo.
